InnoFactory, Inc., the company that develops the enterprise knowledge and collaboration platform ASTRA, achieved ISO 27001, the international Information Security Management System (ISMS) standard, on June 26.
ISO 27001 is the international ISMS standard jointly published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC). It certifies an organization’s practices for identifying information assets, managing risk, and responding to incidents. Global companies often treat it as a key criterion when selecting partners.
This certification confirms that the InnoFactory organization developing ASTRA meets international criteria for access control, data protection, risk management, and incident response. ASTRA is used across manufacturing, finance, retail, and other industries to handle critical knowledge assets such as design documents, contracts, and product planning materials — so verifying the security maturity of the team that builds it is meaningful for customers.
InnoFactory plans to maintain and strengthen its information security management system through regular internal reviews and renewal assessments after certification.
