Terms of Use

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Company’s website (https://www.innofactory.net and subdomains, the “Site”).
These Terms do not govern paid or account-based services; such services are governed by the separate Cloud Service Terms.

1. Definitions

  • User: any individual or entity accessing or browsing the Site
  • Content: all materials on the Site, including text, images, logos, icons, source code, and downloadable files
  • Policies: the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and other policies posted by the Company

2. Effectiveness and Amendments

  • The Company posts these Terms on the Site; they become effective upon posting.
  • The Company may amend these Terms as permitted by applicable law and will announce changes and the effective date on the Site.
  • Continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You shall not:

  1. violate laws, public order, or good morals;
  2. infringe others’ rights (including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, publicity/privacy rights);
  3. distribute malware, attempt hacking, or otherwise disrupt the Site;
  4. use automated means to generate excessive traffic, scrape, or extract data;
  5. post false information, impersonate others, or post defamatory/hate content;
  6. reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

4. Intellectual Property

  • IP rights in the Site and its Content belong to the Company or rightful owners.
  • No commercial use, reproduction, distribution, display, public transmission, etc. without prior written permission.
  • Third-party/open-source materials are subject to their respective licenses.
  • The Site may contain links to third-party sites/services. The Company does not warrant their availability, accuracy, or legality.
  • You must comply with the terms/policies of third-party services you use.

6. Personal Information

  • The Company complies with applicable data protection laws. Processing of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy posted on the Site.
  • Cookie/online identifiers are handled under the Cookie Policy.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, the Site and Content are provided “as is.” The Company disclaims all warranties, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, error-free or uninterrupted availability.
  • The Company is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to Site use or inability to use the Site.
  • The foregoing does not apply to damages caused by the Company’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.

8. Suspension or Changes

  • The Company may suspend or change all or part of the Site for maintenance, security, operational reasons, force majeure, etc., with prior notice where practicable.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
  • The Seoul Central District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with the Site.
