Are ASTRA products separate solutions?

No. ASTRA is an enterprise-grade integrated solution that includes all essential functions for business activities such as document and knowledge management, collaboration, and project management. However, products are divided based on the purchased license, which may result in feature restrictions.

Why are ASTRA products divided into different tiers?

ASTRA incorporates a wide range of features to serve various companies from small businesses to large enterprises. To prevent unnecessary customer burden for features that may not be needed based on company circumstances, we offer various licensing options. Companies that only need secure file server functions like web hard drives can choose SecureVault, companies requiring document centralization, knowledge management, and electronic approval can choose ECM, companies wanting to expand to drawing management and design changes can choose PDM, and companies wanting to use all features including project management can choose PMS.

Is ASTRA only available as a cloud service?

No. ASTRA is available both as on-premise installation and cloud service. If you prefer cloud service, you can use ASTRA Cloud. If you are familiar with Naver Cloud Platform, you can also find it on Naver Cloud Platform marketplace.
